Lyrically profound, dark, ambient and awe-inspiring can all be used to describe Djinns nearly 30-song catalog. Their sound is a fusion of four talented artists who each bring a unique perspective to the creative process, and the results are uncanny. With captivating melodies, complex rhythms, and insightful lyrics, the music transports its listeners to an ethereal world of pleasure and excitement.

The story of Djinn begins in a small town in South Carolina in the year 1999. From their very first show in a barn in the country, to performing at the premium rock venues in Charlotte, NC, fans instantly loved them. The group spent several years developing a loyal following up and down the east coast with active touring, and a dark, agressive sound that appealed to a young crowd.

In 2005, they made the move to Los Angeles to further their careers. Since arriving in California, their performance highlights include headlining the Troubadour, performing at the Venice Beach Music Festival, playing an industry showcase at the Gibson Showroom in Hollywood, performing at the Beta Records studio on Highland Avenue, playing the Viper Room, the Roxy, the Whiskey A Go Go, and the Cabana club. They travelled to San Francisco for a show at the Mezannine, and made a trip across the country to play for their loyal east coast fans, drawing crowds of over 200 people.
